Bloodwork.. Can I eat before??

Question

Having routine bloodwork tomorrow. 
Prenatal profile 
Panel and urine sample.
They didn't say anything about fasting, anyone know? 
It's at 10:30 in the morning so I'll just fast if I can't find out. Thanks!

Ya you can eat. I'm a phlebotomist you only need to fast if they specifically tell you.

You should always eat before unless instructed to fast, It can make you very lightheaded and can make you really nauseated as well. I have low blood pressure so I always bring a snack with me to eat after as well in case I don't feel well, usually some orange slices and crackers.

The only thing I've had to fast for is glucose testing. If you needed to fast, they would have told you :)
