Trying to lose weight.
I started last Friday and I have lost 1 lb between then and now. I know it's not as much as I probably could have lost, but it's a start!
My eating is alright, I just want to focus on working out right now.
I enjoy dancing and yoga. What kinds of exercises do y'all like? What are some of your favorite at home workouts?
