Do your prenatal vitamins make you nauseous?

Ive noticed that my prenatal vitamins are making me nauseous. Just wondering if anyone is going through the same thing? I've been taking them in the morning but the nausea is so bad I'm wondering if I should take them later in the day. Any tips or tricks?

Mine do the same. If I take them too close to a meal that meal is absolutely not staying down! I've been taking them at night right before I go to bed and it's helped a TON. I don't have as bad of nausea during the day.

I've noticed that the ones with fish oil make me sick. Try looking for one without it like select-ob+dha

I took my prenatals at night then the next day I would be nausus all day. My doctor had me take children's vitamins for the baby and adult chewable vitamins for me.

Yeah some have more iron in it. You can try changing they kind you take but chances are they might still make you sick.
