Can't stop worrying! Help!
First pregnancy, I'm 4wks and 6 days today, little to no symptoms, just some bloating. I'm worrying a lot about miscarrying, I guess because I don't feel pregnant yet, almost like if I had crazy morning sickness and sore boobs it would be more realistic. And I know how bad stress and worrying is for my developing baby, so then I worry about worrying!! I'm trying whatever I can to stay preoccupied (just graduating from a school program and can't get a job until I take a certification exam), cleaning my apartment, organizing, going to the gym, watching movies, drinking "tension tamer" tea, journaling, stretching, and for some reason my mind goes to the worst thoughts. Did anything work for you ladies??
