So ready for dr appt

I am ready for my 3rd dr appt it is today I just pray everything goes great I get an ultrasound today so I hope I see that lil thumper thumpin I have had 3 miscarriages and the last was with twins. So I am doing my best at leaving this in gods hand because I can't do anything about any outcomes he has planed for me will post and let u all know how it goes once I go thanks in advance for any prayers u might pray for me
