Need some help/advice

I don't understand how for most women it's easy to get pregnant the first time around. My son was super unexpected. But now my SO and I have been together going on six years and it's like finding a needle in a haystack with getting pregnant this time around. All I want to do is cry about the whole situation because I want another baby so badly and it's just not happening.
