Irregular period problems !!
Does anyone have any helpful tips on regulating a period?!
Right after I got of BC 7 months ago, my periods were every 28/30 days for about 5 months - it was great! Then they changed !! Now I range from 30-37 days. Which is not great because my husband and I want to start trying for a baby in June.
I was actualy considering going back on the pill for 2 months to see if that would get it fixed for June 😏.
Is there any other ways to get it more regulated ?!
