Unusual AF (TMI)

So, I always have terrible cramps when AF starts. I have to drug myself for 24 hours to get through the first day. It has been like that for 7 years straight. In addition, (tmi) I usually spot  (brown) for a day before I start, now it's just pink spotting and bright red blood. This time - no cramps, none at all, no back ache, no spotting, no chocolate cravings and no weight gain (I usually gain up to 3-4 pounds). Is there something wrong? Should I be concerned?
