Cramping two days after cytotec for miscarriage

A few weeks ago, I found out my baby had no heartbeat. We got another ultrasound two weeks later and nothing changed. The baby stopped growing at 5 wks or so.

They gave me cytotec (misoprostol) to get things started and something for the pain. I took them on Wednesday and had severe cramping for an hour. Last night at about 7pm I awoke with severe cramps again. I took two Norco and it didn't touch them. Finally after an hour, they went away.

Is this normal? Should I be concerned?
