Meditation
So, I've recently (2 months ago) stopped smoking and trying to eat better. I just stocked up on a lot of tasty health food yesterday and want to add another aspect to my regimen... meditation. I'd like to set aside some time for myself during my hectic schedule and just mentally "refuel". Does anyone have any tips, tricks or advice when it comes to clearing my mind for meditation? What are the benefits you reap from it?
