How does it look? Please comment opinions

Had creamy cm from when the bleeding stopped from my mc till the 2nd. Then I had just a lil wen so we bf the 3rd. The ren was light untill the 6th it was med. then us the 7th it was heavy. I've always had the classic ewm 4 days b4 o it's light, a few days b4 o Till the day i o it's med and always tt before i o it's really heavy. I don't have the money for opks at the time, but I know from previous cycles using opks what my body has done leading up to the big o. So I know my body kinda well. and I had cramps on my overies too. On 6/7 And I have always o in middle of  green to 4 days after. Do u think we cought it? I'm so ready to be a mommy and be able to hold my baby. Also I've been told by my new doc that the reason I mc is Bc of the Prozac. It causes heart defects in the fetus. And that's what killed my second pregnancy: a hole in the heart. And they found it at 4 weeks and told me the baby will be fine...the first couple docs all  said its 100% safe. Oh well doesn't matter now cause I'm off it and doing better than when I was on it. But I'm so ready to be a mommy. I know I'm already one, but so many people say I'm not because none have been born alive. But please tell me what you think of the info of my cycles. I hope we cought it
