I had an early miscarriage it was my first pregnancy around febuary 6th my doctor told me I was miscarrying. I only bled for a day. I'm confused and really don't have anyone to talk to about it idk what I should do she told me If I don't have my period in month to make another appointment what does that mean is it dangerous I just need some guidence
