Is it possible, at 10dpo, that my OPK picked up HCG instead of LH?

I am 10dpo for sure. Had "peak" result on my OPK, EWCM, and the typical cramps I get during ovulation... So tonight, for shits and giggles, I took an OPK and got a "high" result.

Thoughts? It's there any truth to OPK tests picking up HCG?

Mine did that at 10dpo😉 took a frer the next day and it was possitive 😉

I'm glad you posted this cuz the same thing happened to me as well. I got a positive OPK but negative hpt. I'm going to test in 2 days when my af is suppose to arrive! Good luck and let me know how it turns out

If it did, you would be able to get a positive on a hpt because for this to happen your HCG has to be pretty high. Only way to answer your question is to test using an actual pregnancy test. You can also get a surge before af.
