Brand new to Glow and looking for help

Hi! I'm 23, and currently TTC with my fiancé. I've had irregular periods my whole life, and my doctors are currently testing my for PCOS. Basically, I'm just looking for some help understanding some of the terms that are used here, the importance of dates and stuff like that, basically all the information I'm going to need to know in order to get pregnant. Any information, suggestions, or pointers you'd like to to share are welcome. Thank you!
