I didn't want to do it with him. I said yes at first then he started hurting me so I told him to stop then he did and asked if he could do it again and I said if he didn't hurt me but he did he stuck too much in then laid his entire body weight on me and I couldn't move and when I started to panic he finally got up and I said I have to leave. Both 16 at the time.

If you felt trapped I would say definetely. But if he listens and obliged to your request to stop and to let you leave then I don't think so. It is a tricky situation. I have had a similar panic experience but I didn't consider it rape just miscommunication

Even of you didn't want to for whatever reason, you gave him consent. You can take back your consent, and you did, and he complied. You gave him consent again and it was bad sex but you didn't say no or take back your consent? He stopped himself when you "panicked" and even ended it with you. You weren't raped, you just agreed to bad sex. And that's a good thing compared to the latter. 🤔
