Is this safe??

Can I drink decaf tea while pregnant? I thought it was fine bc caffeine was the problem but the other day I heard that it wasn't good bc of the chemicals. I. Cannot find anything in the internet to back up that claim does anyone know?

I drank tea (with caffeine) through both of my pregnancies (and will through this next one).

Chances are if you're googling to find out of something is safe during pregnancy and you can't find anything telling you it isn't,  it's probably okay. Because people LOVE to jump on the 'pregnant women shouldn't' bandwagon.

However, if you're that concerned, just call your doctor or midwife and ask. Simple.
