Light at the end of the tunnel

my so and I have been trying to conceive for the past 10 months. finally last week I decided to go to the doctors to see what the problem was. Finally got the blood results back today. My testosterone is higher than what it should be which is the reason we have been having a hard time. Tomorrow I have an OBGYN appointment and I'm so relieved that (with fingers crossed) we're pregnant in the next couple months. I'm not exactly sure the route that they're going to take but I'm guessing from my reading and research a pill to help me ovulate. Really really reallyreally really really hope this works
