Confused ?

This app is always accurate for me. My last period was the 12 feb, It said I was due on on the 9th and I changed it to being late and it says I'll be on tomorrow. it says I'm 17 dpo today. How could I be 17 dpo if I'm still waiting for my af? I usually get my period 14 dpo..I'm not sure whether I'm confusing myself or it doesn't add up or if I'm just late.. Sorry if this question doesn't make sense im just very confused and not sure how to explain this
