I'm pregnant however my friend had a miscarriage.

Help! I try to be supportive and part of me of course feels a little guilty that my friend had a miscarriage at 20 weeks and my baby is due this month. I'm trying to be there for her but was really turned off because she posted pictures of her 20 week miscarriage on FB. It was heartbreaking to view and I really just felt sick after seeing it. She did end up removing them. I didn't say anything about it but maybe others did. I'm just at a loss for words other than telling her how truly sorry I am that she has to go through something so tragic. Positive suggestions only please.
