Cramping
I'm 7 weeks and 6 days , I have really bad cramping and specially at night which I can't sleep at night it hurts a lot and I had a weird dream of me bleeding down there , and woke up scarred and had to go pee and then it was normal no bleeding but am I ok ? First baby . Any advice
