Worried..

So.. i have a 6 month baby boy and I recently found out I'm 5 weeks pregnant. I don't know what I'm going to do or how I will tell my family. My SO and I aren't ready for another one but I do not believe in abortion and give my child away is not an option. I know I can provide a good life for both of my children... It's just my SO is flipping out. Sorry for ranting but I don't have anyone else I can talk to. Now here's the real problem.. I'm having sharp pain in both my left and right pelvic area I'm worried because I didn't have them so early in my last pregnancy. Some advice from you ladies would be very appreciated.
