Cloth Pads and Menstrual Cups
Can anyone give me advice on cloth pads and menstrual cups? I'm allergic to disposable pads and tampons and desperately need something that will work without causing me severe pain and discomfort. I'm just wondering how to find what will work for me and any advice on using/buying/washing them.
