spotting or miscarriage?? PLEASE HELP ME

I was spotting yesterday and then today it got heavier and I big blood clot came out TMI but then it just disintegrated into blood if that makes any sense. my period isn't for another 10 days. I've also seen really really tiny specs of what looks like skin. and my breasts feel more fuller. I haven't taken a pregnancy test because I think it's too early. any help would be amazing please!!
