TTC with PCOS/Irregular Menstrual Cycles

Hello my name is Sarah. Back in October and November, I had 6 periods back to back, with just 3 to 5 days in between. They were extremely heavy and painful. Then I had 2 periods in December. Then no periods for January and February. Doctor put me on birth control, I finally had a regular period last week but I want a baby, I don't want to be on the pill. Has anyone ever conceived after taking the pill for a while?
