Any other Mommies VBACing?

My first birth was all natural to 10 cm (no epidural) ... My DD was breech and when they tried to turn her the discovered the cord was triple wrapped (no wonder my little diva wanted to stay breech!). Off to the ER c section (worst thing EVER!) I went! I had her little legs delivered before the spinal block was in!! The c section have me a special scar (inverted t/anchor) and my doctor is willing to let me TOLAC (trial of labor after cesarean) and hopefully I will be able to have a successful VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean)... Again I'm planning all natural. Any other mommies planning a VBAC as well? Any success stories? Anyone wanna be my cheerleader! Bwhhahaha jkjk!! Thanks ladies!!

My first was a c section after hours of labor and pushing with no progress. However, I have had 2 successful all natural births with a 9.7 pound baby & 8.15 baby. Hoping for my 4th in September. Best of luck to you! Having a supportive doctor makes a huge difference!!

Vbacs aren't as dangerous as doctors lead on. It upsets me how often women pass up the chance for a vaginal birth because they have had a previous caesarean or how often they flat out aren't allowed the chance. Unfortunately this is a place where the capitalist aspect of the medical world comes in.

Yup. I had an emergency c due to baby being in distress at 35w. Before that I had a successful vaginal birth of a nice chunky 9.9 boy so I think my chances are pretty good 😊

I'm trying for a vbac but in WA state malpractice insurance won't cover a midwife to do vbac so my midwife has to transfer me to an OBGYN at the end of my pregnancy and we'll cross our fingers that they are onboard.

My son was born by ER c section. I am hoping for a VBAC, although everyone calls me crazy. I healed perfectly from my c section and was out of the hospital in 1.5 days. So we shall see what happens with this little one.

I had an emergency c section at 32 weeks Bc of severe preeclampsia and baby being breech, so I was looking into trying a VBAC.  My OB did an exam and said that she doesn't even think I could physically fit a baby out Bc something internally that doesn't expand is super narrow. I can't remember what it was. My public bone also tilts inwards, which increases chances of getting stuck.  I had to change OB's for different reasons and the new ones don't do them Bc the actual hospital, which is an excellent hospital, doesn't allow them. So that made my decision easy.  While I'm intrigued by the idea, it freaks me out.  My first was super easy and my recovery was a breeze, pain meds for 2 days and then I was good to go, so I don't mind having a repeat.

I'm going to try! My first was a c-section...I spiked a fever and they were worried about the baby. Hoping for a successful VBAC, been doing yoga to hopefully loosen my hips!!

I'm planning on having this baby natural after a C-section! I had a HORIBBLE C-section experience, I'm honestly scared to have another! Lol
