D&C after 5 week wait

Just a little of my story for those with missed miscarriage. I had a missed miscarriage at 9w1d. We had no idea until 10w3d. I went to the ER for a tiny red blood clot and just a little pink/brown spotting. They tried reassuring me that it was completely normal but clots are not normal. This was a Sunday and my Dr's office was closed. I kept insisting something was wrong and they did an ultrasound where they could not find a heartbeat.  This was confirmed with my OB/Gyn the next day. Here I am 4w 4d (should be 14w3d pregnant) into losing my baby and I just started bleeding last night. Today it stopped. Going for a D&C on Monday. Man this journey is one I never want to face again! I do have two children already and this my first miscarriage. My deepest sympathies to those of you who have lost a baby or babies.
