I'm I ovulating or not

I haven't had a period for 2 years, so last year I had my last depo shot in April, I final got my period in Feb the 26 to march 2 and I seen that I started ovulating on the 7th to the 13 but I took a ovulating test and it came up that I'm not ovulating... I'm just not sure if I'm ovulating or not...
