Husband selfish

My husband has gotten incredibly lazy and selfish. He sleeps till noon, goes to work for 8 hours (at his office job) comes home and tells me how tired he is. If we have something to do, I have to fight him out of the bed like a child. We share a vehicle and for timing reasons, sometimes he has to come with me. I miss appointments,  class, run late to work, all because I'm fighting with him. Once we get out the door, he makes me stop for drinks or cigarettes even if I'm running late. Getting help from him is like an act of congress. Just yesterday, I worked a 14 hour day and he acted like I really put him out by asking him to go buy dog food. Help, I'm at my wits end. Any advice?
