Bio oil for stretch marks really works?

I'm wondering if this product works, if so how well does it work, and how long will it take to get results. I know to use it twice a day just wondering when I should expect some results if it does work so if I get nothing in two weeks I don't get frustrated and give up! I've had my little thing of it for a long time and never used it consistently and I decided it's probably time since they are getting more red and bigger in my pregnancy.

I used a bunch of different creams for 2 years after my son was born cuz I didn't get stretch marks during pregnancy I got them after he was born, and for 2 years I couldn find anything that worked, then I found bio oil and my purple/red marks started to fade and go back to normal skin colour about a month and a bit after I started using it twice a day, and now they look like normal skin tone but they're still there. I even use it on other things. My son gouged his forehead and had to have it glued shut in the ER, it was a bright red mark in the middle of his forehead and I used it on him and in a week it faded and was even paler and now a year and a bit later it's not even there anymore, I have to search for it if I want to look for it. I used it on a burn I got from my BBQ where it didn't even hurt when I hit my arm on the grill and it blistered instantly. It was a dark brown colour as it healed and I have very white skin and I used the bio oil on it and now you can't see the burn unless you look at it from a certain angle. It works quite well on a range of things.

I used palmers lotion and oil during first pregnancy and got bad stretch mark on my hips and belly. When I found out I was pregnant again I started using bio oil and within 3-4 weeks my stretch marks have faded!!!! I plan to keep using it for the rest of my pregnancy and after :) some are still pink but not dark red like they were and others you can hardly even see anymore!
