what kind of relationship do you have with your child's father(if separated)

ok here's mine, we get along most of the time, he's a great dad, loves our 3year old to death, if i need him for our son he would do anything (still love me/wants to be with me though)  he has on two occasions had to come stay at my house bc of work and daycare conflicting times, sleept on the couch. 
about to move in with my current bf, first serious relationship since my son's father. current bf doesn't really understand my son's father and my relationship (has bad relationship with his child's mother) 
is this normal?

My daughter's dad stopped calling  and seeing her two years ago when I got married.  It has been pretty hard on her, the poor thing cries  for him often, but she is building a good relationship with my husband.

None, it's wonderful. We speak as civil as possible when he calls every few months. Things have really calmed down over the years he used to try and make me jealous or stalk me to make sure I hadn't found someone new but eventually we both did and he has even shaken SO's hand and tried to be civil lol its comical but I like him out of our lives

Zero, I've given him many many chances to see my daughter, always says he will and never does. I txt him a couple times a year just to make sure his number is still the same for medical purposes. Other than that he can focus/not focus of the other 5+ kids he has. My daughter has a great father who has been there since I was 5 months pregnant. She will be 3 this yr.

None he skipped town and changed his number when I found out I was pregnant. Its sad my son will be three Saturday and his dad has never even seen him

He found out I was pregnant and tried to kill me. 4 years later hes never even tried to come around because he knows he will not survive within 2 miles from my baby boy. Luckily he lives 4 hours away

We get along quite well. We respect each other's spouses and support each others choices in parenting. I work especially hard to keep the level of communication good between us, so the kids see that we care enough about them to still talk.
