Screening results

So, I had my screening bloodwork done yesterday as a precaution. After 2 completely healthy pregnancies and babies, I didn't expect anything to come back high risk. Well, I received a call from my doctor today. Saying I came back high risk for 2 defects. One being a spinal cord defect, meaning her spine may not fuse correctly or at all. The second being an intestinal defect and her intestines are developing outside her body. I know, I know... This is just a screening and not a diagnosis. But I cannot help but FREAK out. I had a complete breakdown after getting off the phone. And just can't seem to calm my mind. Has anyone ever had any screening results come back high risk, just to have everything be fine? I'll be having an in depth ultrasound in a few weeks to check for everything. My doctor wants the baby to grow a little bigger for a more accurate ultrasound result.
