Late and worried

Hi everyone my dh and i have been trying for our rainbow for about six months now. Well this month i am a week late with some lite spotting on the day i should have started. I have taken 2 hpt and both came out negative. It has been almost 2 years since our daughter passed amd im worried i wont be able to have more.. after her birth my bladder prolapsed and so did my cervix. Please has anyone ever had this happen to them?
