I know a lot of us have been feeling awful due to our friend morning sickness - so I thought to start a topic on the things we've found that WORK for us!
This is my second baby and I've had MS horrible both times. Here's what I got:
-Zofran can help but it's a prescription and causes horrible constipation
-Emetrol is something I've just tried otc and seems to help
-super cold water
-drink through a straw
-protein!!! I know carbs sound the best to us, but I had a bit of plain chicken and some sharp cheddar and I think that really helped. It takes longer to digest than crackers or toast.
-don't lay down after you eat!
-lollipops (have never tried preggie pops, I just buy organic ones)
-bread and butter
