Pregnant with a cold. What do I take?

I'm staying away from otc medicines, I'm drinking water, tea, juice, and resting, but now I have a headache. Can I take Tylenol extra strength?

Yea I had a horrible cold and all you can take is Tylenol. Even extra strength cold and flu. I verified with my ob that it was all safe.

Ugh colds with pregnancy are the worst. I work translating for doctors, and when I got a doozy of a cold they told me to take Tylenol (they recommended 2 325mg pills, which is lesser strength than the extra strength), and robutussin. It's horrible but you'll make it through ☺️

My doctor told me I could take robitessin DM. But that IS the only robitessin she said i could take.
