Everytime I lay on my back I get contractions ? Is this happing to anyone els I told my dr and he just said not to lay on my back :/

I get them if I worked too hard for the day or didn't drink enough water. This is my second pregnancy so my dr said I would probably feel them more because I know what they feel like.

I get a lot of pain in my belly. Sometimes I think it may be contractions but my dr assures me it's just everything stretching. But I feel it's not normal to be in that much pain all time. Idk. It's hard for me to tell bc this is my first pregnancy
