Confused

I just started dating this guy and I have mixed feelings for him. My last bf was extra mean and this ones extra nice, so its sometimes too much love he shows me. When he leaves I miss him and I like him a lot but I feel like sometimes he pisses me off and my feelings change 360. Has this happened to anyone ? & are you still together and feelings have changed ? Any advice would be helpful.
