Announcing pregnancy

I'm not pregnant right now but when it happens I would want to announce it to my SO in a cute way. I know these cakes are normally for baby showers but I think it be a cute way to tell him. I'd probably do it on our anniversary so he'd think it's just a normal cake until he actually sees it. Would that be cute or should I think of something else.
