Have been testing since the day of my missed af (3/13) and been getting faint positives

Have been testing since the day of my missed af (3/13) and been getting faint positives. they appear to be slowly getting darker. blood test confirmed! hcg levels still low because I am very early, but another appointment coming Friday. Wish me luck! I am having so many symptoms. sore breasts(more than usual for af), light cramping, upset tummy, fatigue, and my bras aren't quite fitting right anymore. praying for a sticky baby!
