Two pregnancy in the family

So I'm almost 17 weeks pregnat and I finally got my insurance to go see the dr less than a week ago. I was finally excited to be pregnat when last night my mans brother and his woman announced they are pregnat. They got pregnat just after we told eveyone we were, they already have 4 kids and this is my first. They admit they were trying to have another and decided this after I conceived. His family is mad at me because I'm extremely upset and hurt by this. I feel his family chewed up my baby and spit it out for somthing newer and better. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I not be hurt and upset? I just feel like they took away my special moment somthing I won't ever get back.
