Ending my pregnancy!

A hard decision I have to make soon my hcg level is 4400 but the doctor or ultrasound tech can't see anything in my uterus.. He thinks it's ectopic. I don't know if I should wait another week or go ahead with ending this pregnancy? I'm so confused.
