Will You Be My Cycle Buddy? AF 4/3

Hi There!

I'm Mindy. I'm 35 and I'm new to TTC. This will be my third cycle and AF is due 4/3. I'm a customer service manager and I'm married with 2 step daughters (19 & 17). My husband and I are TTC #1

I'm having a hard time relaxing and letting my body do its thing. I get super-anxious after BD; especially once AF approaches. I could really use some tips if you've got 'em!
