California people?

I have lived in southern California my whole life, and now that I'm pregnant I feel extremely overwhelmed with the temperature. Its been 97/95 degrees and when I go outside I feel like I can't breath and extremely flustered. Anyone experience this? How do you manage? Summer will be killer weather.

I'm in Northern California and I'm nervous my pregnancy will be all through summer. The heat is unbearable sometimes :/

I would reccomend just staying inside as much as possible and keeping a cold bottle of water with you when you have to be outside. Also don't be afraid to dress for the weather. I'm in Texas and it stays around 110-120 degrees in the summer. There's not really much else you can do 😕

I'm in eastern oregon and believe it or not simmers are 90-100+ and super dry...I'm just glad I was pregnant threw winter and completely avoided it in the summer...I'd be MISERABLE

Central California and it gets to the highest of 115 here during summer. I would say try and stay inside as much as possible Mabey buy a portable air conditioner. Stay safe :)
