Fruits and Veggie snacks
I want to start eating a little healthier, I'm not gonna change my diet completely otherwise I will crash and burn and eat terribly. I'm just incorporate more fruits and veggie through the day. Bring snacks of that nature rather than chips. And cut out some of soda. Like for work bring in those detox waters instead of pop. So I'm curious to know what's your favorite kind of veggie and fruit snacks? What do you eat with them if anything?
