So we've been trying to conceive for about a year now and I got what I believe was my period on March 8th, it started out light , heavy and then light only last 3 days. I had terrible cramp about 3 days ago. I did make an appointment with my Gyno for today actually to talk to him about trouble conceiving. Well last night I noticed only when I wiped there was pinkish light blood on TP and this morning as well. I have been a little quesy for passed 2 days. I don't know if it's all in my head ... So basically I'm not sure if that was my period or a heavier implantion bleeding. Has his happened to anyone and ended up being pregnant?
