Should I stay or go?

I work for siriusXM setting up radios and radio service in the sales department. It's a 10hr shift and packed full of nothing but stress and headaches but the money is really nice. One reason I'm asking is because when I get pregnant do you think it'd be best to stay working or leave? What would be best for the baby?
