Glow lingo?

I keep reading post where people are calling folks trolls.  What does that mean?  Are they really calling these people trolls.

If you stay on long enough you will see the occasional poster who is deliberately trying to cause issues.  They are fake,  and nothing about them is true. It has been a while but we had one such troll that told everyone she was going to have twins, then she had them and was back home in 45 min with pictures to post, stolen from the internet.  There have been others, it is impossible for glow to keep them out, all they can do is delete the account, over and over again.
