Some hope?

Today at the doctor i finally know whats going on with my body. In 08 had a ruptured ectopic pregnancy in my tube. My body refused the pregnancy and it flowed out my tube causing bleeding and pain. Had surgery for it and they found a corpus luteum cyst, they left it. Then in 2012 had a full term pregnancy, no problems. In oct 2013 had surgery for a 2 nd a half inch teratoma on my right ovary. Surgery to remove it. I want to have another baby soon, but im afraid I cant. Anyone have some advice, support, anything?
