Women, how do you decide what birth control to use! It is such a huge decision! You have to be honest with yourself about if you can actully remember to take the pill/patch/ring lol and if yoh cant, you have to decide on a more permanent option all which have huge risk, you have to think about your future children and how the birth control will effect your fertility, and if your breastfeeding like I will be it cuts your options in half!!!
