Negatives all around 😡

My last "af" was late and was just spotting, no real AF. My last real one was Feb 14th. I have a 25 day cycle. Also there was no pms this month which is unusual. A week later and I'm breaking out like i would for pms. Have cramping with vomiting and have been taking hpt with fmu all negative. I'm a few days into my fertile week (if that was AF) and I have nothing on my opk. I don't have a second line at all on them. Idk what's going on. I go to my Dr Friday for a referral to a fertility Dr since we have been TTC for 15 months. Any ideas of what could be going on? I'm going to talk to my Dr but I'm driving myself crazy here. Any insight is appreciated 😊
