First trimester breakfast?

Question

What are you ladies eating for breakfast when you first wake up during the first trimester? Trying to figure out what would be good alternative to what I've already been eating and seeing what other people are doing for breakfast in the morning.

Bacon and eggs with cheese on a bagel, fiber bar, and some fruit.

Pancakes with sausage.

Need to get more protien powder, but chocolate peanutbutter banana protien smoothie

Or chocolate coffee protien smootie

Usually plain yogurt with granola but today my stomach was having none of anything.  Ended up skipping the prenatal vitamins and sipping ginger ale.

Toast or fruit. Sometimes pancakes..

Can't stomach yoghurt at the moment.

I've had pretty bad vomiting and nausea in the morning. Saltines before I even get out of bed weren't helping. My doctor recommended Lorna doones a shortbread cookie. I tried today and it worked! It felt odd eating something sweet that early but got me off to a good start!

In 6wks and oatmeal and bagels are pretty much all I can tolerate

Love cream cheese, turkey, & avocado on an everything bagel. Or egg, cheddar, & turkey on bagel. Usually have banana and strawberries every morning. The thought of oatmeal or cereal makes me sick.... Or bacon.
